We believe that everyone deserves fresh beer with no off-flavors that is served in a clean glass at the appropriate temperature. Period. Craft beer has a premium price and no one should have to pay for the mistakes of lazy retail stores or dirty bars.

Some of the most common problems we find around are dirty beer lines (yuk!), old oxidized beer (no thanks), and dirty, foam-killing glassware ("You're killin' me, Smalls"). Certified Cicerone® Clayton Hennigan is going to teach you how to detect the most common off-flavors and how to prevent making a bad beer purchase.

Beer Storage and Aging

Ordering/Purchasing Beer
